Client: Grid. February, 2002. Template for an “Officers and Directors” list used in a series of mutual fund quarterly reports. A particularly complex Quark document, this is a template for material that is revised quarterly for each of the funds in the series. To make production faster and less liable to mistakes, EVERY type element in the table “runs”, that is, moves up or down as copy is added or deleted above it. Every element is also styled wholly with style sheets, so that global design revisions can be easily made. I set up templates such as this for several different series, each with different layouts and graphic styles, and provided written instructions for their use.
